Questions about this service

Can I use this address as my registered residence?

No. It is a postal address for receiving mail. It is not a registered residence (Meldeadresse) — you cannot register (Anmeldung) at this address — and it does not change your tax residence.

Who can receive mail at my address?

The account holder, plus additional named recipients depending on your plan (up to 5 on Premium). Mail for unregistered names is returned to the sender.

Can you receive registered letters (Einschreiben)?

Yes. With a postal power of attorney (Postvollmacht), which we set up with you during onboarding, our staff accept registered letters on your behalf, log them and scan them the same day.
