Questions about this service

Can I register my company’s registered office at this address?
No. We do not provide company domiciliation (Sitz). This is a correspondence and returns address; your registered office stays where it is, and legal documents such as invoices must continue to show it.
Can my German customers send returns here?
Yes. Parcel reception is included in the Business plan. We check each return against your instructions, photograph it if you wish, and store or forward it.
Can I use the address in my website’s Impressum?
Only with care. German law requires a ‘ladungsfähige Anschrift’ (an address where legal documents can be served) in an Impressum, and courts disagree on whether a mail-handling address qualifies. Ask your lawyer before using it there; we do not guarantee it.
